My experience and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree prior to entering the real estate arena 6 years ago was in interior architecture, design and construction. My insight into the design world has given me the opportunity to best advise clients of possibilities in any piece of real estate, big or small, finished or raw, rehabbed or in need of a little TLC, etc. I have managed the entire sales division for multiple high rise multi million dollar developments, which required the initial due diligence on the building, pricing, building a marketing/advertising strategy, training sales staff, coordinating with various departments like leasing, construction, equity investors, etc. I also have experience in buying and selling my own real estate as a first time homeowner, a homeowner buying up into a larger space, and as an investor of multiple properties, therefore acting as a landlord as well. I am an expert in coming up with the best strategies for you to make selling or finding you a property as smooth and simple of a process as possible.

Personal Background

I grew up in a commercial real estate family and fought the inclination to go into the real estate business by completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture at Miami University in Ohio. Little did I know that even though I had delayed my involvement in Real Estate, fate would have it that an incredible opportunity fell into my lap and the rest is history. To say that Real Estate is my calling is understated... it truly has become one of the great loves in my life! I began my career as an agent on a development in the Gold Coast and within 2 short years I found myself managing the entire sales division, including a sales team, for multiple large scale development projects worth over $100 million each. After completing these developments with great success, I felt the desire to get back to the basics and focus more of my time on the clients that made each of these developments a success as well as on some smaller scale developments. I bring all of the skills that have made me a success to this point to the table with each transaction, organization, multi-tasking, management skills, market knowledge, due diligence and most of all I care about each of my clients as if it were my personal business.
